Coaching in Allexandrina is a customized help to suit the needs and the schedule of its clients, to strengthen their confidence with simple exercises and activities, and to show them ways to better communications with themselves and their surroundings. In Allexandrina we believe in the need to listen, discus and communicate with the client. Also, Allexandrina offers to its Muslim clients coaching based on Quran and Prophetic Traditions.

Through our lives we experience different types of difficulties, we may feel stuck, lost or confused about relationships and situations, life coaching is to take your hand gently and to help you through these difficult moments. Also, it helps you to build new skills and to explore more about yourself.

Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) is an approach/theory to communication, personal development, and psychotherapy created by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in California, United States in the 1970s. It suggests that there is a connection between our thinking, language and behavior.

4- Which chatting program do we use?

Mainly Skype.

5- What if I can’t pay the whole sum at once?

There is no problem with that at all, we will just have to work a payment plan.

6- I am interested in one of Allexandrina’s courses, but still hesitant to book it, how can you help me?

Before booking any course, there is a 20 minutes session FREE of charge for Allexandrina new clients, during that time, you will have a chance to talk with the coach, to ask all the questions and to pass your comments.
